Your first visit

Nothing to prepare. Just arrive.

Here is exactly what happens, from the moment you walk in to the moment you head home. First massage nerves are completely normal.

Arrive early

Come ten minutes before your session. You will fill in a short intake form, hang your coat and have a glass of water.

What to wear

Anything comfortable. In the room you undress to your comfort level and stay draped with a sheet throughout.

In the treatment room

Your therapist checks pressure, temperature and music before starting, and again during. You can speak up any time.

Afterwards

Take a few minutes to sit up slowly, drink water and rebook at the desk if you would like to.

Good to know

A few things worth telling us

Before you book

Tell us about injuries, pregnancy, allergies to oils, and anything else you would like us to know. A short form on arrival covers the rest.

How long it takes

Allow ten minutes either side of your treatment length. A 60 minute session means about 80 minutes door to door.

Payment

Pay at the desk by card or cash after your session. Gift cards and member credits are applied at checkout.
