The short version: be kind, give us notice if plans change, and we will do the same.
Cancellations and changes
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move a session and there is nothing to pay. Inside 24 hours we may charge half the treatment price, and for a no-show the full price. We are always happy to be flexible if you are unwell.
Late arrival
If you arrive late we will treat you for the remaining time out of courtesy to the next guest, and the full price applies. We hold your slot for 15 minutes.
Payment
Pay at the desk after your session by card or cash. Gift cards and member credits are applied at checkout and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase and can be used for any treatment. Lost cards can be reissued with proof of purchase.
Health and safety
Please tell your therapist about injuries, pregnancy, skin conditions and anything else relevant. Some treatments may not suit you, and we may ask you to check with your health provider first.
Respect
Massage here is strictly therapeutic. Inappropriate behaviour ends the session immediately and the full price applies.
