Deep tissue or Swedish: which is right for you?
The difference is mostly pressure and pace. Here is how to choose.

Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes at light to medium pressure and is a good place to start if you want to relax or have never had a massage before.
Deep tissue is slower and firmer, with focused work on tight areas such as the shoulders, lower back and neck. It can feel intense in places, so tell your therapist how it feels.
Not sure? Book 60 minutes and tell your therapist what you need. They can blend both approaches within one session.
